PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING j
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, John R. Bauder, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 20th day of January, 1979,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
February 20, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent .to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment,-settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and-by paying or making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,
E appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tative are:

5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of

Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed

with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
ohligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
