THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the 3rd day of
December, 1979, on the Defendant's Motion to Compel production -
of bills incurred in renovation and in repairing termite damages
and correspondence from Richard D. Sneed, Jr., Esq., and the
Court having heard the argument of counsel for Plaintiff and
Defendants, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall produce the
bills for repair of termite damages, the bills for renovation
of the house and all correspondence from Richard D. Sneed, Jr.,

Esq., to Richard C. Harris, to the Defendants at 715 Delaware
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, within thirty (30) days from the

date of this Order.
