Pre-Trial Conference having been held on November 21,
1979, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
a. The Plaintiffs, ROWS ADVERTISING PROMOTIONS,
INC., is a valid Florida corporation authorized to do business _
yin-the State of Florida. ~ .
b. Without conceding the authenticity thereof,
the Defendant acknowledges that a Security Agreement dated

July 6, 1977, encumbers the personal property described therein.
c. That on July 6, 1977, the parties, RONALD B.
!THRASH and RICHARD P. JOHNSON, individually and doing business
as THE VILLAGE PRINTER, entered into a "Memorandum of Agreement".
2. EVIDENCE the documentary and other evidence listed
in the Pre-Trial Statements filed with the Court and presented
for inspection at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into
evidence without objection with the exception that the Defendant

.reserves all objections as to authenticity.
3. OTHER PROVISIONS parties shall complete discovery
on or before the 5th day preceding trial and each parties witness
~ list may be amended up to that time.
