CONSENT ORDER
Upon consent of all interested parties and the Court
being fully advised in the premises it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant, GILBERT T. ROGERS,
owner of Parcel 147 in the above action, have and recover
from the Plaintiff his costs expended herein as follows:
James A. Kirby, III for survey
of property $ 475.00
John S. Tierney for appraisal
of property 2,000.00
Hellstrom and Associates for
engineering expenses 305.00
$2,780.00
j Plus attorneys' fees in the
amount of: $3,000.00
it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF

ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTA-
TION, be and it is hereby directed to deposit the sum of
$5,780.00 in the registry of this Court to cover the afore-
said costs; it is further;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall r
~ disburse the aforesaid sum of $5,780.00 to NEILL GRIFFIN I
JEFFRIES & LLOYD, CHARTERED, TRUST ACCOUNT for disbursement
by said attorneys as indicated above, without. further. Order
of this Court.
