This cause came on to be heard upon the Stipulation
and Order dated November 6, 1979, and the Compromise and
Settlement Agreement dated November 2, 1979, attached to the
Stipulation and Order, and the Court thereby being advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERID, ADJUDGID AND DECREED that:
1. The parties be bound by the Compromise and.
Settlement Agreement dated November 2, 1979, pursuant to Order
dated November 6,.1979, a copy of which is attached hereto as
an Exhibit to this Final Judgment.
2. The Compromise and Settlement Agreement dated
November 2, 1979, entered into between the parties is hereby
incorporated by refere_ ~e and made a part of this Judgment as
though fully set forth herein for sll of which let execution
issue.
