wife, the grantors, this date conveyed their interest-in and to
the following described real estate to ELIZABETH PANTEL-and HAMS

County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
and being Lot 28, Block 1398 of Port St. Lucie
Section 14, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 5, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiants further say that said conveyance is a gift
to the said grantees. they, the grantees, being a niece and
nephew of the grantors. That no consideration was_paid by the
said grantees to the grantors.
