HomeMy WebLinkAbout1949 ' .r- i (e) Tenant, notwithstanding any provision of this Lease, shall be solely obligated for the repair, maintenance and replace- ' ment of the interior and exterior of said expanded store premises = and all taxes, insurance and other operating expenses for said Area except as hereinafter provided in sub-paragraph (f); and (f) Landlord shall maintain the common areas in said Expan- sion Area and Tenant shall annually pay Landlord therefore the amount per square foot of Expansion Area as Tenant pays Landlord per square foot for the Fields Parcel as amended hereby; and (g) Any additional land required for said Expansion shall be acquired and paid for solely by Tenant but all land and im- provements thereon by Tenant shall belong to Landlord subject to: the Lease as hereby amended; and Tenant alone shall receive credit for depreciation. for I.R.S. purposes; and (h) Landlord shall have the right to approve the Plans and ` Specifications for Tenant's store expansion, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. I. Except as above amended, all Che terms, provisions and covenants in said Lease are in all respects hereby ratified and confirmed in their entirety.
