All of the Southeast ~ of Section 26, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT therefrom the following:
(a) Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East ~ of East k of Southwest ~
of Southeast run thence North along the West line thereof to a point of 30'
South of the South ~ - ~ line, thence run Nest parallel with said South ~-fit
section line to a point on the West line of said Southeast thence South
along said West line to the South line of Section 26; and thence East to P.O.B;
AND LESS:
(b) Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East ~ of the East ~ of the South-
west ~ of the Southeast fit, thence run North along the West line thereof 520 feet;
thence run East parallel with the South Section Line 800 feet to a point; thence
run South S20 feet to the South section line of Section 26, thence run West 800
feet to the P.O.B., and LESS:
(c) A strip of land off the Northside of the Northeast ~ of the Southeast ~
described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner thereof run East to the North-
east corner thereof; thence South a distance of 49.15 feet; thence westerly to
a point on the East ~ - ~ line 46 feet South of P.O.B.; thence North to P.O.B.,
AND LESS;
(d) Beginning at the Northeast corner of Northwest ~ of Southeast ~a run South
46 feet along the East line of said Northwest thence westerly to the West
line of said Northwest ~ which point is 43.05 feet south of the Northwest corner
of said Northwest of Southeast thence North to Northwest corner of North-
west ~1 of Southeast thence East to P.O.B., AND LESS:
(e) Easements. and rights of way dedicated or in use for canals and roads. All
of the above said lands lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida and con-
taining 110.08 acres more or less.
