DAVID H. SORENSEN, Husband
and
PATRICIA F. SORENSEN, Wife
ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This cause came on before this Court on November 29,
1979 upon Motion for Contempt filed herein against the Husband
for his failure to pay attorney fees and costs, and the Court
having heard testimony and being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. The Court finds and determines that DAVID
H. SORENSEN has failed to comply with the terms and conditions
of paragraph 8 of the Final Judgment entered herein on May 3,
1979.
2. The Court finds and determines that DAVID H.
SORENSEN had the ability to make the payments pursuant to para-
graph 8 of the Final Judgment.

3. The Husband, DAVID H. SORENSEN, is found to
be in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply
with the terms of the Final Judgment.
4. That as punishment for said wilful contempt
DAVID H. SORENSEN is hereby sentenced to serve thirty days in the
St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
5. That DAVID H. SORENSEN may purge himself by
paying to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the sum of $373 for his fee
and costs incurred herein, on or before December 31, 1979.
~ 6. Upon failure of DAVID H. SORENSEN to pay said

sum, Errol S. Willes, Esquire, may file with this Court an
affidavit to that effect and an Order of Commitment will then be
issued directing all and singular the Sheriffs of the counties
