FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of December,
1
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between MICHAEL L. KING and
CONNIE J. KING be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
I parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
4 2. Custody of SHAWN MICHAEL KING, minor child of

the parties is hereby awarded to CONNIE J. KING with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to MICHAEL L. KING.
3. Commencing Monday, December 10, 1979 MICHAEL
L. KING shall pay to CONNIE J. KING the sum of $50 each and every
month for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of ~

this Court and by him remitted promptly to CONNIE J. KING, 3200

hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
