to each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties

are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their

mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order

is in effect.
4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and

restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
5. The Court determines the sum of-$500 to be !
reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
MICHAEL L. KING is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together
with costs herein assessed at $45.
6. The Husband, MICHAEL L. KING, is responsible
for and shall pay all doctor, medical, dental, hospital, optical
and orthodontist bills for the benefit of the minor child, SHAWN
' MICHAEL KING, issue of the marriage of these parties.
7. The Wife, CONNIE J. KING, is entitled to a

~ judgment against the Husband, MICHAEL L. KING, in the sum of
I
$1,800 for arrearage in child support payments; that the Wife,
i
~ CONNIE J. KING, do have and recover of and from the Husband,
MICHAEL L. KING, the sum of $1,800 for which let execution issue
& instanter:
8. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
~ be proper.
