ROBERTA DIANE COLEMAN, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of November,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between COLUMBUS CHRISTOPHER
I
COLEMAN, III and ROBERTA DIANE COLEMAN be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of COLUMBUS CHRISTOPHER COLEMAN, IV,
minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to ROBERTA DIANE
COLEMAN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to COLUMBUS
CHRISTOPHER COLEMAN, III.
~ 3. Commencing November 23, 1979 the Husband,
COLUMBUS CHRISTOPHER COLEMAN, III, shall pay to the Wife, ROBERTA
~ DIANE COLEMAN the sum of $130 biweekly for the support of the
I child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to ROBERTA DIANE COLEMAN. In
