2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment ~of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Hook 312
Page 283 .Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
