KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the Isws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Frank Liggieri and Tina
Liggieri, his wife dated November 15th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Ftorida, in p. R. Book 298 on page
806 b 807 , securinct the payment of the sum of Four Thousand, One Hundred and no/100--------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Ftorida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises desuibed therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
