- by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situnte in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
~ From the intersection of the center line of Orange Avenue Extension and
the East Section line of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
run South a distance of 910' along said section line to a point; thence
run West parallel to center line of Orange Avenue Extension a distance of
360' to point of beginning; thence continue West on a line parallel
to center line of Orange Avenue a distance of 299' to a point; thence turn
~ and run South parallel to said Section line a distance of 100' to a point;
thence run East parallel to center line of Orange Avenue Extension a dis-
~ tance of 299' to a point; thence run North parallel to said section line a
distance of 100' to point of beginning. TOGETHER WITH an easement for road
~ purposes over the West 60 feet of the East 360 feet of the E-1/4 of~the SE
1/4 of said Section 9. The same being Lot $14 of an unrecorded plat entitled
"West Fort Pierce Estates" prepared by T. H. Deskins, Jr., land surveyor,
dated January 24, 1955.
