PETITION FOR PRIVATE SALE
The undersigned personal representative of the estate
of FRED B. LEES petitions this Court for its order of private
sale of the residence of the decedent, FRED B. LEES, property
in the estate.
AS GROUNDS for this motion, petitioner states:
1. Decedent left real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:
Lot 12, Block 61, RIVER PARK UNIT 6,
according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 28,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That the personal representative has executed a contract,

subject to approval by this Court, for the sale of said real
property.
3. Said real property is not subject to the homestead interest
of any party, and no party resides on said property at this time.
4. It is in the best interest of the estate to liquidate the
assets of decedent, for eventual distribution to all heirs. The
majority of distribution will be in cash since the residuary heirs
reside outside the United States.
5. The sales price, and the conditions of sale are for a
fair market value, and consistent with the actions of the personal
representative being taken in a prudent manner.
