SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Harris Construction Corporatlon,
Elmar S. Waring,Edna S. Sims, Hazel J. Harris and A.F. Childers, Jr.
the owners by assignment and holders.of a certain mortgage deed executed
bY~ David D. Browning and Martha F. Browning, his wife
to Harris Construction Corporation bearing date the 1st day of

March A.D. 1974, recorded in Official Record Book 224 , at page
2303 in the office of the~Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $ 4,004.00
and certain promises and obligations set forth in the aforesaid mortgage,
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mort-
gage deed and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the
Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel same of iCecord.T~is is a corrective
