THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion for
Rule To Show Cause and this Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that you LLOYD SCHONROCK be and you Are hereby
directed, commanded and required to appear before the undersigned
Judge at the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Room 101 on the 14th day of December 1979, at 8~4~_
o'clock A..M., on said day and to then and there show cause, if
any you can, xhy you should not be adjudged in contempt and punished
for failure to appear for a deposition as ordered by this Court
as required by a Writ of Subpoena served upon the 17th day of
September, 1979.

River Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450 for the taking of your
deposition on a day and time prior to the above specified date.
