HILP.
There is no dispute that there is due and payable on the
two promissory notes from Ologistics, Robert C. Amann and Marie
A. Amann to Plaintiff the principal amount of $150,000._00, plus
accrued interest. The said notes are in 3efault and no payments
of principal or interest have been received on them.
It is thereupon
ORDERED aid ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, Hobe Sound National
Bank, a National Banking Association, recover from the Defendant,
Robert C. Amann, the sum of $150,000.00 principal, plus accured
y
interest of with its costs, for which let execution
issue.
It is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, Hobe Sound
National Bank, a National Banking Association, take nothing by this
action as to the Defendant, Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership
and Gulf Oil Real Estate Development Company, and go hence without
day. Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership and Gulf Oil Real
Estate Development Company's costs are assessed against the
Plaintiff.
The Court reserves jurisdiction to assess costs upon
proper proof.
