ORDER OF IMPLEADER OF THIRD PARTIES
THIS COURT having considered the Motion for Impleader, the
testimony of the Defendant at the examination on November 29, 1979,
and the depositions and exhibits thereto, and good cause having i
been shown far the impleader of SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., RONALD A.
FISHER, and STEVEN L. CHAPMAN as defendants, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., RONALD A. FISHER, and
STEVEN L. CHAPMAN are hereby impleaded in this action and shall file
a written answer, response or other written pleading to this Order -
of Impleader by responding directly to the allegations contained in
Plaintiff's Motion for Impleader, a copy of which is attached hereto.
The written answer, response or other written pleading shall be filed
within 20 days after personal service of this order exclusive of the
day of service, and a copy thereof served upon the aictorney for the #

Plaintiff, NORMAN L. PAXTON, JR., at P.O. Box 1418, Fort Pierce, t
Florida 33450; and in the event the written answer, response or other
written pleading is not so filed and served, a default shall be
entered against the party who failes to so file and serve.
2. That SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., and RONALD A. FISHER
