THIS CAUSE came on for trial on Petition to Stay Execution
filed by Defendant, RICHARD FLANZBAUM, and the Court having heard
the evidence and being duly advised in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the real property described as:
Lot 29 Block 32, RIVER PARK UNIT 4, a
subdivision according to the plat there- -
of, recorded in Plat Book 11, page 9, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
is held by RICHARD FLANZBAUN as trustee under the trust agreement
dated July 21, 1978, a copy of which i_s attached hereto, and as such

is not subject to forced sale for the debts of RICHARD FLANZBAUM.
2. That the above-described real property is not the
~ homestead of Defendant, RICHARD FLANZBAU~d.

E 3. That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is hereby directed
to cancel the levy of execution on the above-described property.
