TRUST AGRF.FMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 21st day of July, 1978, between
MYRNA FLANZBAUM and RICHARD FLANZBAUH, the Grantors, and RICHARD
FLANZBAUM, the Trustee.
ONE: In consideration of the promises herein stated, the
Grantors hereby assign, transfer and deliver to the Trustee the deed in
fee simple for Lot 29, Hlock 32 of RIVFP. PARK UNIT NUtGBF.R FOUR, a
subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 9, of the Publib Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to be held,
managed, invested and distributed in accordance with the terms of this
irrevocable Trust Agreement. The Trustee agrees to accept any assets
which the Grantors zes~re to acid to and make a part of the Trust corpus
at any time, said additions to be subject to all of the terms of this
Agreement.
T~70: Said Trust corpus,including any assets added thereto,
is to be held, managed; invested or reinvested by said Trustee in any
type o: real or persona: property and in any way thought advisable by

said Trustee, without any statutory or other restriction. The Trustee
may sell any property, real or personal, publicly or privately, without
Court order and without notice, upon such terms and conditions as he

believes to be satisfactory. The Trustee may manage, control, or lease'
e~sets a~ tie Trust corpus in any way he believes will fulfill the pur-

poses of this Trust. Without specifically enumerating powers, it is
intended that the Trustee is hereby authorized to da any act in con-
nection with'the assets in said Trust which he.wpu]d have the right to
do if he were the absolute owner of said property.

FOUR: When the beneficiary, MICflACL DAVID FLANZBAUM, reaches
the age of twenty-one (21) years, the Trust corpus ape] any and all in-
come therefrom shall be paid to him, in cash or in kind, as the Trustee:
determines.
