FIVE: In the event that the beneficiary dies before attaining
the age o enty-one (21) years, the Trust corpus and the income there-
from shall be distributed by the Trustee as the beneficiary appoints by
his will, by specific reference to this power. Such power of appoint-
i
ment can be exercised by said beneficiary in favor of anyone including
his estate. Any of the trust assets which are not so appointed shall be
distributed by the Trustee to the Grantor, RICHARD FLAN7.BAUM, only.
SIX: If RICHARD FLANZBAUM resigns or ceases to act as
Trustee, for any reason, he is-hereby empowered to appoint a successor
Trustee, by deed or by will. Any trustee appointed to administer this
Trust will be vested with all of the rights, duties and powers of the
Trustee as provided in this instrument.
