ORDER - THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the Motions to Dismiss and For More Definite Statement of Defendants, BARRINGTON MOBILE HOMES OF FLORIDA. and FLEETWOOD ENTERPRISES, and the Court having considered the same, and hearing the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby • ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) The Motion to Dismiss is granted as to Count III of the Complaint; i I - - { (2) The Defendant shall make a more definite statement f{ as to the date of set-up of the mobile home and date of occupancy thereof by the Plaintiff; (3) .Count VI shall be more specific to state the manner in which Magnuson-Moss is violated; (4) The Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike are otherwise denied; - (5) The Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date hereof in which to file the Amendments and more specific statement; (6) The Defendants,.
