ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on November 26, 1979 on Plaintiff's
Motion to Dismiss Defendant's Counter-Claim and the court finding that the
Counter-Claim on its face was essentially for a business joint venture and not
a suit for recovery of wages, it is thereupon ordered and adjudged that Plaintiff's
Motion to Dismiss being the same is hereby denied and Plaintiff is granted a period'
of 20 days to amend his Reply to the Counter-Claim.
