SUMMARY JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming upon the Motions For Summary Judgment filed
by the Plaintiffs, CAROL NEWTON and KENNETH SNAPPER, and the
Defendant, FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, arfd the attorneys being present
and argument being had before this Court, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Motion For Summary Judgment filed by the Defendant,
FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, is hereby denied.
2. The Motion For Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiffs,
CAROL NEWTON and KENNETH SNAPPER, is granted, as this Court
finds FLORIDA FARM BUREAU afforded coverage to PAUL LONG for
the incident described in the Complaint and could be 11'able for
I~ a judgment entered on a finding of negligence against PAUL
LONG, subject to, of course, affirmative defenses of coverage
i
limits available to FLORIDA FARM BUREAU.
A Final Judgment for Plaintiffs wil-1 be entered on this
issue. -
