DISSOLUTIO~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 4th day of
December, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
OF.DERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between MICHELLE SORENSEN, ~

Wife, and GREGORY SORENSON, Husband, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and .from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTOP,Y. Custody of the three minor children, to-wit:
THERESA SORENSEN, date of birth, May 1, 1975; CHRISTOPHER SORENSEN,
date of birth, February 28, 1977; and KIMBERLY SORENSEN, date of birth,
August 5, 1978, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visita-
tion rights granted to the Husband. Said visitation shall be preceded
b}• reasonable notice.
3. Y.ONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the date of this
Order, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $325.00 each and
every month for the support of the before-named children; said sum to
continue until such time as each child reaches majority, marries or
