FINAL JUDGMENT 1 F t DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARRIAGE I THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 5th day of December, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor } and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that. the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage- is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between ROBERT LEE DAVIS, - Husband, and DEBRA JOYCE DP_VIS, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of-them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~ obli ations arising therefrom. ~ g 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor male child, to-wit: ROBERT LEE DAVIS, JR., date of birth April 1, 1974, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband upon reasonable notice. 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the date of this Order the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $40.00 each and - every week for the support of the before-named child; said sum to continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting.
