the Property, save the right to collect and retain such recta u they become due and payable. Upon aooekratton under the other provisions
hereof or the abaodonmeat of the Property, the Mo gagee shall be entitled to take possession of and manage the Property and to collet the
rcab of the Property including those put due. AU rents collected shall be applied fast to the payment of the coats of management of the Property
and collection o(the teats including but not limited to attorney's and real estate brokePs fees and then to the sum sacred by this Mortpge. The
Mortgage shall be liable to amount only for those reap aduaUy received.
