FROM ELSIE THORNTON, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, AS
MORTGAGOR, TO METROPOLITAN MORTGAGE COMPANY,
- AS MORTGAGEE
The property referred to in Paragraph 19 of the above
referenced mortgage is the following described property ling
and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Commence at the West right-of-way boundary of State Road
No. 605 at the point of intersection with the South
boundary of Lot 1, in CARLSEN'S SUBDIVISION, as in Plat
Book 3, at Page 24, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and run Northwesterly along said West
right-of-way boundary 90 feet for point of beginning; -
Thence turn and run West parallel with the South
Boundary. of said lot 200 feet; thence turn and run
Northwesterly, parallel with said right-of-way boundary
90 feet; thence turn and run East parallel with said South
boundary 200 feet to said West right-of-way boundary;
thence-turn and run Southeasterly along said right-of-
way boundary 90 feetto the point of beginning.
