KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Securities Investment Co. of Florida d/b/a Liberty Loan Corporation
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
Benjamin Goodwin Jr. and Ernestine Goodwin his wife
t0 Securities Investment Co. of Florida d/b/a Liberty Loan Corporation
bearing date the loth day ~A~t A.D. 19 78 recorded in Official
Records Book 29z page. b h the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing a certain note in the
principal Sum Of Fourteen thousand forty.-five and 59/1^,v
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth to said mortgage deed, upon
the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to wit:
Lot 14~ in Block 3, of SOUTH~tN PIN,3 SUBDIVISION as per
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page ~i8~ of
the Public Records of St._Lucie County Florida; together
with the improvements thereon and all furniture fixtures
and equipment contained therein replacements-thereof and '
additi~~ns thereto.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
