On the Petition of WILLIAM D. STARK, III, also known as -
WILLIAM:DAVIDSON STARK, III, as Beneficiary of the above entitled
Estate, for an-Order authorizing distribution, the Court finds
that all interested parties have been served proper notice-
of the Petition or have waived notice thereof, and have consented
to the distrib ution as requested and that the material allega-
tions of the Petition are true, it is
ADJUDGED t;a~ the Personal Representative is authorized
to distribute or surrender to himself as Beneficiary, real
property lying, being and situated in St. Lucie Count~•,and
Duval County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

described as: Beginning at a point on the East line
of the right-of-way-of McCarthy Road a distance
of 2193.4 feet North of the South lime of Section 33;

line; thence run East to the Southwesterly edge of
Ten Mile Creek, also known as Canal No. 71; thence
- Southeasterly along Ten Mile Creek to a point where it
intersects with Eleven Mile Creek, also known as Canal
No. 88; thence Southwesterly meandeXing along Eleven
Mile Creek to a point on the edge of Eleven Mile
~i Creek where a line drawn parallel to the South section
line of Section 33, starting 2193.4 feet North of the ;
section corner, intersects Eleven Mile Creek; thence
