THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned
on December 4, 1979, upon Appellee's Objections and/or
Proposed Amendments to Appellant's statement of the
Evidence and having heard argument and being otherwise
advised in the premises and being aware of what trans-
pired at the hearings in this cause, it is found that
there is no irreconcilable conflict between Appellant's
Statement of the Evidence and Appellee's objections
thereto and/or proposed amendments and it is, therefore
!i accordingly
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Appellee's proposed
~ amendments are granted and that both Appellant's Statement
of the Evidence and Appellee's Objections and/or Proposed
Amendments thereto are both accepted by this Court
as a true Statement of the Evidence, copies being attached
