ORDER
THIS CAFE having come to be heard on December 4, 1979, upon the Motion
by the Husband for a Physical Examination of all parties, and this Court having
heard argument of both counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the. premises,
it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, WILLIAM JOSEPH ABBATE, the Wife,
JUDY ROSE ABBATE, and the minor child, WILLIAM OAVIll ABBATE, are required to submit
to a physical examination, to wit: the HLA blood tests for the purpose of determining
the blood types of the Husband, the Wife, and the minor child, pursuant to Fla. Rule
of Civ. Pro. 1.360.
IT IS FURT}lER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, WILLIAM JOSEPH ABBATE,
be assessed the costs of these tests.
- DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
day of December, 1979.
