BARRETT MAYER, Husband ) FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION F MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ELIZABETH E. MAYER and W. BARRETT MAYER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and i the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRADFORD BARRETT MAYER, age 17 years and LAURA STACY MAYER, age 15 years, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, ELIZABETH E. MAYER, with reasonable i i visitation rights reserved to the Husband, W. BARRETT MAYER. ~ 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the day of December, 1979, W. BARRETT MAYER shall pay to ELIZ ETH E. MAYER the sum of $62.50 per child, per week for the support of the children named above. ~ 4. PROPERTY: The Separation Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties i i are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 5.
