ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the wife's petition for
modification of child custody, and upon the taking of testimony
entered in the court, the argument of counsel, and the court finding
that there have been no substantial change in circumstances since
the final hearing herein, and the court being fully advised in the

premises, it is i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife's petition for modification
i
is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties' agreement
relative to visitation is hereby made a part of the final judgment
as follows:
1. The wife shall have the right to have the minor child
visit with her during the summer for that period of time commencing
~ _
one week after the child begins summer vacation and ending two weeks
prior to the child beginning school at the end of summer vacation.
~ The husband shall be responsible for providing the transportation of

the child to and from the home of the mother for all visitation

i periods. During such time as the minor child is with her mother

during the summer vacation, the husband shall pay to the wife the
sum of $40.00 per week as child support for said minor child.
2. During all odd numbered years (i.e. 1979, 1981, etc.)
the husband shall have the minor child with-him for the entire

Christmas vacation period and the wife shall have the child with
her for the entire Easter vacation period. During all even numbered ;
3
years (i.e. 1980, 1982, etc.) the wife shall have the minor child
with her during the entire Christmas vacation and the husband shall
