PROTECTIVE ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the motion of
JOHN PRENTISS HESS for a protective order, and upon argument of
counsel, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion for protective order is
granted. The deponent, JOHN PRENTISS HESS, is, however, to provide ~
the husband, LARRY JOE SPRINGER, with an affidavit settin out the

book value of all stock owned by the wife, KATHLEEN H. SPRINGER,
in that corporation known as the Furniture Center, Inc.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
