ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on December 3, 1979, upon
the Plaintiff's Motion for Compulsory Physical and the Objection to
Notice to Produce and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Compulsory Physical,
be and it is hereby granted and the Defendant, PAUL A. TESTA, JR.,
the natural mother, BARBARA WILLIAMS DIAS, and the minor child,
APRIL COLLEEN WILLLAMS, shall and they are hereby ordered to submit
to blood tests for the determination of paternity of the minor child.

Said blood tests shall be at~the expense of the Plaintiff and shall

be taxed as costs at the outcome of the above-styled cause. Said blood-
'
p tests shall be performed within 60 days of the date of this order; it is
' further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Objection to
Notice to Produce be and it is hereby denied and the Plaintiff shall
furnish to the Defendant's attorney copies of any and all written
reports of physicians and other expert witnesses which Plaintiff
intends to use at the trial of this cause within 30 days of the date
of this order.

on this day of December, 1979.
