IN RE: The Marriage of
LEROY BELLAMY, Husband,
and
DORIS L. BELLAMY, Wife.
ORDER
THIS CAUSE having been heard upon the Wife's Motion for
Order of Contempt, and the Wife having appeared with counsel
and the Husband having been duly rnotified and having appeared
without counsel, and the Court having considered the evidence
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. ARREARAGE. The Husband is found to be in arrears
in alimony payments in the amount of $900.00.
2. CONTEMPT. The husband is found to be in contempt of
Court for failure to make the payments provided for by the
Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, and he is hereby

sentenced to serve ~O days in the St. Lucie County
~ Jail, said sentence to be suspended upon the payment of $900.00
j within five (5) months of the date of this Order.
3. ATTORNEYS' FEES. The .Husband is hereby ordered to 3
pay the sum of $100.00 to the law firm of FEE,KOBLEGARD & TEEL,
P. A. for services rendered to ..the Wife in this action within
five (5) months of the date of thi$ Order.
4. COMMITMENT. Upon the failure,~f theme Husband to make

payment as set forth in Paragraphs ~ and ~ hereof, the Wife or
her attorney may file with this Court an affidavit to that effect
and a Commitment Order will be issued without further notice to

5. SERVICE OF COPY. The Clerk of this Court is directed
