ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Wife's allega-
tions for temporary relief as alleged in the Petition for Dissolu-
tion of Marriage filed herein by the Wife, upon hearing argument
of counsel it is therefore,
ORDERED that temporary custody of the minor-child of
the parties, to-wit: CHRISTOPHER ALLEN JACKSON, age 13 months,
is hereby awarded to the Wife, and further
ORDERED that the Husband shall be allowed visitation

rights as follows: The Husband shall be entitled to visit with

~ the child temporarily and during the pendency of this suit in
Ohio by giving the Wife at least 48 hours notice of when he intends
to exercise this visitation. The Husband shall be allowed to
remove the child from the Wife's parents' residence in Ohio, but ~
shall not take the child from the county of such residence. The 3
Wife is hereby ordered to make every reasonable effort to accomo-

date the Husband should he seek to exercise this visitation in Ohio. R
And further,
ORDERED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum
of $40.00 per week, beginning the .l ~O~ day of ~'1~,~,~,~., + , 1979,
_for the support of the minor child of the parties. Each payment
shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to KAREN SUE JACKSON. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment ~
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
