or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence address
at all times while this Order is in effect. And further,
ORDERED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife the ~
sum of $25:00 per week, beginning the o?G~ day of ~~~u, ,
1979, as alimony for the Wife. Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to KAREN SUE JACKSON.
In addition there is hereby assesed the suta of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments {
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and reiidence address at all times-while this
Order is in effect. And further,
ORDERED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife's attorney,
EMORY C. TEFL, III of FEE, KOBLEGARD & TEEL, P. A., Post Office
Box 1000, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, the sum of $150.00 towards
the Wife's temporary attorneys fees. Said sum is due and payable
immediately upon the signing of this Order. And further, _
ORDERED that the Husband is hereby ordered to deliver
so much of the Wife's clothes and personal effects as are presently
in his possession or that he is able to obtain from the marital

residence o?- any other. source available to him; said clothes and

~ personal effects to be delivered to the office of the attorney
for the wife this same date.
