CASE NO. 79-714-FR DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, etc., Petitioner, -vs- ORDER OF CONTII~T JII~iIE MACK ARTHUR COLLINS, Respondent. THIS CAUSE was heard on DECEMBER 3, 1979, upon the Motion for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner having been present ip open court in person and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the tesimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ADJUDGED that the Respondent, JII~4IIE MACK ARTHUR COLLZNS, is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support payments in the amount of $480.00, amount due as of November 2, 1979, and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is i i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent, JIMMIE MACK ARTHUR COLLINS, shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until DECEMBER 23, 1979, conditioned upon the above- named.Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before DECEMBER 23, 1979, the sum of $100.00, plus $2.00 statutory fee. If the above-named Respondent pays $100.00 on or before December 23, 1979, he ! shall then have until JANUARY 22, 1980, to pay to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before JANUARY 22, 1980, the sum of $100.00, plus $2.00 statutory fee. If the above-named Respondent pays the above amounts on the dates due as stated above he shall then have until JUNE 1, 1980, to pay the i balance of $280.00, plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the _failure of the above- i named Respondent to make any of the payments as set forth above by the dates ~ due, you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and - { ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. ~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this day of December, 1979. ~ 4~~38 fIlEO Ah_ .
