ORDER
ON PETITION OF DOLORES DAVIES, personal representative
of the estate of GENE McFLVY DAVIES, for an order authorizing the
sale of certain real property to the United States of America
pursuant to offer to purchase made by the i1nited Mates Department
of the Interior, National Park Service, a copy of which offer is
annexed to the petition, and it appearing to the court on the
representation of the petitioner, DOLORES DAVIES, that the
government's offer to purchase is a reasonable one and that the
sale of the subject property would be in the best interest of the
estate, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that petitioner, DOLORES DAVIES,
li as personal representative of the estate of GENE McELVY DAVIES,,
is hereby authorized to sell to the L•nited States of America for
the sum of Eleven Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($11,400.00)
cash, the following described real property:
Tract 715-18, consisting of approximately
40 acres in Collier County, described as
the N.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section
34, Township 52 South, Range 31 Fast.
Lipon consummation of the sale, the net proceeds thereof
subject to the payment of administrative costs and expenses are to
be distributed to decedent's heirs at law in equal shares, namely:
