said WYNEIL V. WILLTAMS has taken the oath. as required by law,
and is entitled to letters of guardianship; now, therefore, I,
CI~ARIES SMI~I, Circuit Judge, in and for the Camty of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, by virtue of the power and authority by law in me
vested, do hereby declare the said WYI~I~. V. WiId.IAMS to be duly
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as guardian
of the person and property of EDNA EIAI$E .IIIZSFI~1, incxnQetent because
'i of physical infi~ty and incapacity, with full power to ask, demand,
