~ I, ROBERT J. CRIKELAIR, a resident of St. Lucie County,

8lorida, do hereby make, publish and .declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void
any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I give certain items of the tangible personal property
owned b; me at the time of my death in the manner described in the
last dated writing made for this purpose and signed by me that is
in existence at the time of my death.

ARTICLE II
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, of every nature and description, whether
real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate, to the Trustee
of the ROBERT J. CRIKELAIR TRUST created by Agreement between me,
` as Grantor, and ADELINE~B. CRIKELAIR, as Trustee, dated the 17th
day of January, 1979, which Agreement is now in existence, to be
added to the Trust Estate thereunder, and to be held, administered,
and distributed in all respects as provided in that Agreement as
in force at my death, including all amendments thereto made before
my death.
ARTICLE III
Although my wife and I are executing our Wills at about s
the same time, they are not intended to be and shall not be con-
strued to be contractual even though certain provisions are
