PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The Petitioner, LAVERNE COLEMAN, as Personal Representative of ~
this estate alleges:
1. The Decedent, a resident of St. Lucie County Florida, died
on March 19, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner

on July 25, 1979.

2. Petitioner files herewith Waivers of Accounting and Service
of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge a Personal Representa- !
tive from all persons presently interested in the administration of this
estate.- ~ 3

3. Petitioner has fully administered this. estate by making
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that
were presented and by paying or making provisions for the payment of
all expenses of administration. °
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with

the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida and has obtained and
filed with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligation for all estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposed to make distribution of
the assets bf this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution
attached hereto as Exhibit "A". s
6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding and
their respective addresses are: LAVERNE COLE~'iAN, 2706 Walker Drive, ;
Fort Pierce, Florida. -
7. Any objections to the report of receipts and disbursements,
the compensations paid or proposed to be paid or the proposed distribu-
