LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, C. M. HUNT, a resident of St. Lucie County, F

Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and
.f
all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative
to pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property., real and. personal, i
wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the -
execution of this Will, to my Trustee hereinafter named
to be held, managed, invested and distributed as follows:
A. During the lifetime of my wife, MADELINE
L. HUNT, the Trustee shall use as much of the ;
income and principal of the trust estate as
the Trustee determines, in his discretion, -
- to be necessary or advisable for the health,
j welfare and support of my said wife. Upon the
deat:~ ~~f my wife or, upon my death if she does
not survive me, the then balance of the trust
f estate or my probate estate,-as the case may
be, shall be distributed outright to my son, ~
~ JOSEPH M. HUNT, provided that if he is not
~ then living, then the balance thereof shall
~ be distributed outright to my son, RICHARD M.
HUNT. -

~ CLAUSE III: In order to carry out the purposes
of the trust created under this Will, the Trustee shall
}
have all of the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities ~
granted to Trustees under .Chapters 737.402 and 738, Florida
Statutes.
CLAUSE IV: I name and appoint my son, JOSEPH
M. HUNT, as personal representative of this Will, to serve
i
without bond, and I further appoint my said son as Trustee
