LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF C. M. HUNT - Page Two

of the trust created under this Will for the benefit of '
my wife. In the event my son shall die, resign or be
unable for any reason to act or to continue acting such,
then I name and appoint my son, RICHARD M. HUNT, as such i
personal representative and as Trustee, to serve without
bond.
My personal representative shall have all of
the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted ~
under Chapters'733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE V: In the event my wife, MADELINE L.
HUNT, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot

be determined which of us predeceased the other, I~direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I survived
my said wife, and the provisions of this Will and. any
Codicil hereto shall be construed and regulated as if
I had, in.fact, survived my said wife.
! IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my ~
hand and seal this 17th day of April , 1979.

in our presence and we, at his request, in his presence,
and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed
