ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Personal Representative's Motion for Order to Deposit, pur-
suant to Florida Statute Section 733.816, and the Court
having considered the same and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. ROBERT J. GORMAN, the Personal Representative of
the above-named Estate, is hereby ordered to deposit with
Roger Poitras, Clerk of this Court, or his Deputy, the sum
of Four hundred Thirty-three Dollars and~85/100 ($433.85),
being the amount distributable to Henry Burmingham, an heir
of the Estate of MAUDE EVELYN HALSTEAD, Deceased, and to

receive a receipt from the said Clerk for the same;
2. The Clerk of this Court is directed to deposit
i
said sure into the registry of the court pursuant to Florida
Statute Section 733.816, publishing notice of the same, in
.accordance with law and to thereafter disburse the same in
accordance with law.
DOtdE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, aint
Lucie County, Florida, on this day of 1979.
