15. The maiGn~ of a written notice or demand addressed to the owner of record of the mortgaged premises
or directed to the sud owner at the last address actually-furnished to the Mortgagee, or if none directt~i W
owner at said mortgaged premises, and mailed by the United States maih, postage preFaid, mall be sufficient
notice and demand in any case arising under this instrument and required by the provuuons hereof or by law.
16. It the indebtedness secured hereby be guaranteed or insured under Title 38 united Siatea C'ude, such
'l'ifts and Regulations issued thereunder and in effect on the date hereof shall govern the rights, duties and

the teem "Mortgagee" shall include any payee•of the indebtedness hereby secured or any transferee thereoi
whether by openwoa of law or otherwise. -
